SeedTin is a gardening companion app designed to help users track planting and harvesting times and store information about vegetables they are growing.

4. Intellectual Property
All content within the app (including text, data, design, and images) is the intellectual property of SeedTin or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
5. No Warranties
SeedTin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim to ensure the app’s information is accurate and helpful, we make no guarantees regarding gardening outcomes or crop performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeedTin and its developer will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to data loss, crop failures, or device issues.
7. App Updates and Availability
SeedTin may be updated from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time without notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SeedTin will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
